Paula is a senior industry leader who has worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years – first as a business owner starting in 1978 (and having owned an IFA which was sold in 2019), and currently as a Director of John Lamb Hill Oldridge, a specialist protection brokerage. Paula is a chartered financial planner, STEP qualified, and holds the IMC.
